Refund Policy

Last updated: May 9, 2026

1. Purpose and scope

This Refund Policy explains how FeedIco.io (“Feedico”, “we”, “us”) handles refunds, payment disputes, and related requests for fees paid for access to our software and services at feedico.io. It applies to business customers and individual professionals who purchase paid plans (including prepaid subscription terms) through our checkout flows.

This policy works together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you are unsure which terms apply, contact us using the details below.

2. How you pay

USDT (TRC-20): New paid orders are completed by sending USDT on the Tron network to the deposit address we show for your order. You are responsible for sending the correct amount before the payment window ends; refunds and limits are described in sections below.

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added as required by law.

3. What you are buying

Paid plans grant access to Feedico features (APIs, dashboards, and related services) for the prepaid term you select. Access typically begins when your payment is confirmed (for USDT, when the required transfer is detected and the order is marked paid).

Because our product is digital and consumed from first successful delivery of access, refund eligibility balances fairness to you with the fact that service capacity and third-party data costs are incurred once your plan is activated.

4. Refund requests

If you believe you are owed a refund - for example duplicate charge, payment failure after deducting funds, or inability to access the purchased plan after a reasonable support period - contact us before initiating a chargeback, so we can investigate quickly.

  • Email support@feedico.io with the subject line “Refund request”, your account email, and your order reference (if shown in the dashboard under Orders).
  • We aim to acknowledge requests within two (2) business days and to resolve eligible cases within a reasonable time.
  • Where a refund applies to a legacy card-network payment, the return may be processed through the original payment method or network rules; timing after approval depends on your bank or issuer.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country or region (including consumer cooling-off rules where they apply to you).

5. When we may decline or partially refund

We may refuse a refund or offer a partial credit where:

  • The prepaid term has substantially run, you have used the Service in material breach of our Terms of Use, or we have terminated access for abuse or non-payment.
  • A promotional or heavily discounted purchase was clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of sale.
  • For USDT, the transfer was sent from a wallet you do not control, the wrong amount was sent, or blockchain congestion caused delays outside our control (we may still help reconcile at our discretion).
  • A chargeback or payment reversal was opened without prior contact, and our records show successful delivery of access - may result in account suspension pending resolution.

6. Downgrades and cancellations

You may stop renewing at the end of your current prepaid term depending on plan settings shown in your account. Fees already paid for the current term are generally not refunded when you choose not to renew, unless a mandatory law requires otherwise or we agree otherwise in writing.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy by posting a new version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. The version in effect at the time of your purchase generally governs that transaction, unless a change is required by law or expressly accepted by you.
